How Do I Place an Order?
Placing Your Order is Easy
Placing your food order is easy! Just sign up for membership at www.arganica.com and you will gain access to Arganica's online market place. Upon signup, you will be redirected to our secure online ordering portal, at https://market.arganica.com/. Just sign in to your account and start purchasing directly online. The e-commerce platform is very simple to navigate; packed full of pictures and descriptions of all foods and producers. Just select each item you want and the desired quantity. When you are done, click "order", confirm items / quantities, and then press submit. Your credit card will be charged for the order and your food will be on its way:
For Thursday delivery, the deadline is 11:59 p.m. (midnight) on the preceding Monday.
For Sunday delivery, the deadline is 11:59 p.m. (midnight) on the preceding Wednesday.
Delivery days / times are as follows:
Washington DC metro area:
Thursday: between 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: between 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
All other locations:
Sunday between 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Receiving your order
You will receive your order together with a delivery / packing slip. This document lists the items that were actually delivered to you. Any items that we did not have in stock as of the delivery day appear on the delivery note, but they are not checked off and are not charged to you. If you requested a substitution in the event an item is not in stock, we list the item substituted on the delivery note.
Please note that the price for your order does not appear on the packing slip. We send you a receipt by email only after your food is shipped and the order adjusted for items out of stock, substituted, or billed by the lb. The total price for your order, including sales tax (if applied), is updated to account for any credits or returned items you may have from previous deliveries.
Tell me more about deposits for returnable bottles. Are there charges for bottles and crates?
Whenever possible, we deliver your food in returnable packaging. This cuts down on overall costs and helps protect our environment. When we bring you an order, we pick up any returnable items you have from your previous order. It’s an easy and logical system. See Frequently Asked Questions for more details.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Arganica is committed to 100% customer satisfaction of every order. If you experience any problems with your order or delivery (complaints of bad produce, refunds for missing items, etc.), please contact customer service at info@arganica.com or 434-979-0480 and we will be happy to help. Arganica will either make a refund to your credit card, or give you credit toward your next order.
